Welcome to Living Well at Ospika Blvd, a luxury rental lifestyle development designed for seniors aged 55 and over. Located in the vibrant community of Prince George, BC, our apartment building offers a carefree lifestyle with high-end finishes and a prime location.
Our Story
The Ospika Blvd partnership team envisioned a space where seniors could enjoy the comforts of home in a luxurious setting. The project, which is 100% leased, features studio suites, one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites with den. Several corner suites are available.
Meet the Team
Terry Collier, MSc. & Associates
President
Terry became interested in Senior’s research while doing his master’s degree, where he studied senior’s consumer behavior. He then moved to Canada to work for a senior’s developer in the marketing division. Terry was a faculty member and lecturer at Medicine Hat College, Grande Prairie College and Red Deer College/Mount Royal University, during which time he facilitated the development of a seniors supportive living property in each community. Terry has facilitated the development of over 37 senior’s properties in the past 39 years.
Anna Turpin
Leasing Agent
Anna is the Leasing Agent for Living Well Ospika Boulevard. She has made Prince George her home for the past 14 years. She is originally from Victoria, BC. and enjoys spending time with her children, walking her dog, and painting. Anna would love to help you find your new apartment.
