Welcome to Living Well at Ospika Blvd, a luxury rental lifestyle development designed for seniors aged 55 and over. Located in the vibrant community of Prince George, BC, our apartment building offers a carefree lifestyle with high-end finishes and a prime location.
Our Story
The Ospika Blvd partnership team envisioned a space where seniors could enjoy the comforts of home in a luxurious setting. The project, which is 100% leased, features studio suites, one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites with den. Several corner suites are available.
Meet the Team
Terry Collier, MSc. & Associates
President
Terry became interested in Senior’s research while doing his master’s degree, where he studied senior’s consumer behavior. He then moved to Canada to work for a senior’s developer in the marketing division. Terry was a faculty member and lecturer at Medicine Hat College, Grande Prairie College and Red Deer College/Mount Royal University, during which time he facilitated the development of a seniors supportive living property in each community. Terry has facilitated the development of over 37 senior’s properties in the past 39 years.
